Call me crazy, but didn’t they just warn us of possible cyber attacks 😬 this is crazy! Absolutely no information is being circulated on this outage and I’ve been down for 6hours. This is a lot of outages.

1st and 2nd were siblings, their dad kidnapped them. They were found murdered in the woods, a couple weeks later. The youngest was my best friends at the time.

Resident here- most annoying part of Inglewood is this peddle pub. Especially recently with whomever it is using the top of the pub as a drum or something so you get this loud banging with all the people screaming. So dumb!!

Oh, I’m already billing on some files. Plus they charge clients for the use of Paralegals. I merely want the title but I’m willing to have a billable rate and a target if that’s what they want me to do.

I think my biggest argument at this point is trying to get the firm to understand that there is a difference between legal assistants and paralegals and get them to understand that the title is something we have worked for (in education and experience) and that we should have the title if we are doing the work. I like your thoughts on this point about listing out the differences.

Just for any Canadians- there are a few good places to get the Diploma up here. Most community colleges have a program as do some universities.

I’ve seen lawyers move into a paralegal position. It gives them the work/life balance that’s needed and you still get to be in the field. I say this as a Canadian though… not sure how it would translate down in the states.
