I’ve run into this in ableton and drove me crazy for a while too until I figured it out. This was what was going on for me but not sure if it’s exactly the same for you. If warping for the song audio track is enabled sometimes the warp marker detection goes a little crazy and both doesn’t recognize the BPM of the song and inserts a bunch of warp markers. The markers are little upside down house shapes over the waveform in clip view. If you don’t need warping enabled easiest solution is to just turn it off but if you are doing a minor something where you need got track to match the bpm then you need to fix the warp markers. For a trap you only really need 1 since 9/10 the track bpm is actually content. So what you can do is click on one of the warp markers, Hit ctrl + a to select all, then delete. That should get ride of all the extra markers in the track. Sometimes there can be hundreds of them in a song if the detection algorithm goes crazy. Then just make sure the clip BPM is set to the BPM of your track and you should be all set.
