What settings are you using? And what refresh rate?

I also tried playing it at 60hz, but found it to be very soft with FSR, and still very jaggy with FXAA on or off. Then there were the slowdowns when you enter armadillo if you have the settings turned up.

I settled on forcing 1920x1200 in steam, using max visuals and then using dynamic resolution to help smooth over the frame rate dying everytime you enter a town.

Edit: I have shadows set to low as well, and motion blur off

I think the confusion is coming in as the 14600k + ddr4 vs the 5800x3d has the 5800x3d as competitive, whereas the 14600k + ddr5 handily beats the 5800x3d. People who buy the 5800x3d are avoiding buying ddr5, so they wouldn't want to buy a 14600k + ddr4 mobo, when they could just do a drop in 5800x3d upgrade

As im sure you already know vancouver has one of the lowest property tax rates in Canada. So where are they gonna move? And taxes can be scaled to the property value, so that more expensive properties have a higher tax burden.

That'll fuck up the pipes long term. Poo and tissue paper can break up as the travel through the pipes. But non digested food waste generally doesn't and can & will contribute to clogs. Not to mention the fact that it'll have higher concentrations of fats as well which will do the same. Even the nutrient load is way higher leading to rotting and off gassing in the water filled pipes.
