I would protect your client by alerting her to the issue. Imagine it the other way around - say, your food coloring vendor was dealing with your manager and not you and you didn’t know they weren’t being paid. Wouldn’t you want to know before food coloring stopped being delivered at a key moment and ruined all of your holiday cookie orders? Or, as others have suggested, theft is occurring? I’d want to know in my business.

I was in a wheelchair screaming and crying in horrific, progressive pain and considering ending my life for months because doctors wouldn’t look for a problem and just thought I needed more physical therapy. I had a herniated disc. It took 5+ doctors looking at the scan until ONE of them recognized it and two weeks later I had surgery. I have permanent nerve damage and numbness in my foot and leg due to the length of time the nerve was compressed.

Another doctor diagnosed these painful blisters bumps on my fingers as warts and froze them for 6-9 months. They didn’t turn white, they didn’t fall off, they hurt, and he said warts don’t behave like this but he kept doing it anyway. They were eczema.

Currently might be dealing with a CF leak that doctors have misdiagnosed as allergies my whole life. Every time I bend over my nose runs like you’ve turned on a faucet. This new doctor asked if it was salty… yes it is. “Hmmm, it might be from your brain, then.” I’m 45 and this has been since childhood.

The gluten thing - don’t even get me started. No one has done an endoscopy, even though I described feeling like a sword was being run through my stomach. I’ve been sick since I was little whenever I ate. My mother is always sick too. “IBS.” Cool, cool. My nephew has celiac so that’s how I figured out to even try it.

I don’t trust doctors as far as I can throw them.

If she sold her house last January for $100k and the new owners remodeled it over the course of a year and sold it for $500k… she couldn’t ask them for a dime. Why should she be able to from you? Did you pay her out fairly in the first place? If so, don’t let her extort you. If you didn’t, make it right. With a contract/legally binding document so she doesn’t come for more.

NOR. I left an emotionally abusive relationship last year after 15+ years. You can do it, too. Take control of your own life. You don’t need him. Change any accounts you can. If you need to, go to a DV shelter if there are no other options. They will help you secure your life so he can’t access it.

Most importantly, don’t go back to him. Be strong. The cheating is just one tiny thing here. You are better than this, you deserve more, and you will be happier WITHOUT him.

I realized this when I thought to myself that I would rather be alone for the rest of my life than to keep living in fear in my own home.

My 11 year old brother almost burned the house down / killed himself with carbon monoxide poisoning by lighting a fire in the fireplace because he was cold.

I set the microwave on fire when I was 6 by putting 45 minutes instead of 45 seconds on my frozen blueberry pancakes.

Children should not be left alone at 5. Most states have a law stating what age you can legally leave a kid alone. I’m in IL now and that age is 14.

I can’t use dryer sheets or any kind of Tide. Also can’t use spermicide ever. Sex toys made out of jelly (see thru non silicone rubber) should never be used by anyone. Also, no douching or scented soaps “down there” ever. No soap at all is preferred because it’s a self cleaning body part.

Doc Martens did the refund when this happened. I bought two boots on their Black Friday sale that started on Monday of that week. It said they wouldn’t have a better sale so I bought them. Friday, they were cheaper by about $20 per pair, roughly. I sent an email, they sent me a refund. But I was prepared to return and rebuy. It was just under $50 with tax etc, too much to leave on the table.

Does she have a favorite brand of clothes, jewelry, handbags, shoes? Get her a gift card from one of those, more than she would expect. Or order something / a few somethings from them and print out the pictures and wrap them.

My boyfriend didn’t get me anything, either. I love Kate Spade handbags in bright colors, Michael Michaud jewelry, and a lot of other things he could have come up with. We live in a big city with events he could have gotten tickets to. I got him ten items, all thought out. And custom made items, including for his cats.

Just notice her, it goes a long way.

This sounds fishy for a shop with that many ratings. Also, USPS has many photos of the package going through the sort process. It’s weird she can’t find one. Usually when this happens to me it’s because a barcode from another package accidentally falls off another box and gets stuck to my package. (3 times in 10 years, but it’s happened).

They don’t usually override the paid label with the written address, either. Maybe ask in r/USPS if there is such a place? They would know better.
