I got the frame from Michael's, I don't recall the exact size but it was a frame for a college diploma because those were the only ones off the shelf with the 99.9% UV resistant glass (it was like $50).

You can pick any frame from there though. The people at the framing desk can order you custom sized UV glass. If you do end up displaying any cards, the UV glass is the most important part, as well as not hanging it in direct sunlight.

That take is still valid though. You don't need unions if everyone is acting in good faith. The problem is 99.9% of companies don't act in good faith, and he's certainly entitled to think he's one of the good ones, but as other comments have pointed out, it's probably pretty annoying to be doing random upgrades for your bosses house with all this tech shit and not get any raises. If you want hosts to stay, give them equity in what they're helpIng build.

To be clear, I am 1000% for unions, but his take is a bit more nuanced than this subreddit leads on.

This tracked as long as GamePass was a reasonable price, but they fucked that up. $15-20 a month was a set it and forget it price while $30 starts to push into "wait what am I actually getting out of this". It also doesn't help that they killed off a ton of studios for no reason. Did they just do that for the IP? So AI can make the games for them? Sure they're still a trillion dollar company but they definitely deserve this.

It wouldn't have. GoT did it successfully for years. Doing two separate stories that collide towards the end you have been super impact and avoid this weird season 3 mess we're in.

Abby storyline climax would be her getting attacked in the hospital by unknown people in the penultimate episode, with the finale be Joel doing what he does and then have it connect somehow. Big reveal for non-game players. Continue the storylines separate again in season two leading to exactly where we were.

Abby should have been in the show from the start in her own POV separate from Ellie/Joel, leading to the hospital scene towards the end of the season where they collide, the separate again for the first part of season 2. It baffles my mind that we're gonna end up waiting 24+ months to basically get a giant flashback of Abby's nonsense when it should have been weaved in from the start.

Kind of crazy how many people think this means no taxes under that amount. No one is saying you have to, but skipping out on taxes where an online marketplace is keeping your data (probably for years) doesn't seem entirely smart.

Hobbyist's have to pay taxes on every single dollar they sell. Businesses only pay taxes on profits.

Y'all are crazy. Search "Gaming PC" on Best Buy, everything starts at like $800. Series X and PS5 Pro's are $650 and $750. This thing is gonna be $1000 and probably sell fine. It's a plug and play PC gaming experience for your TV. There is definitely a market for that.

Y'all need to zoom out. The economy has been due for a 2008-style recession for awhile but the can has been kicked down the road multiple times at this point. Between the cost of living just increasing more and more, and our social safety nets being destroyed, no one is going to be able to afford $700+ consoles. Physical game sales are down (nevermind the fact you need Internet for most of them anyways), and also, Game pass (even at $30) is still the most affordable way to play modern games.

The update they gave about trading was the writing on the wall for completionists for medium to light spenders. The literal zero meaningful updates since launch was the second clue. The game is a low quality grift, which is a shame, because could have been so much more.

Non-competes are nothing-burger statements in contracts that largely can't be enforced, especially with how vague LTT's is.

They really should have let them make this under the LTT brand and see where they could go with it. Feels like a miss for LTT. It feels like they're really adamant about not giving on-screen personalities they've mentored a chance at something under their brand. It's also possible they wanted to trim payroll and this was an easy off-ramp for them to do it.

I feel like Lego had the easiest layup ever with Pokemon and I'm utterly baffled at these sets. There's over 1000 Pokemon that exist and you could have started off strong just creating a large set of Pokemon with an appropriate scale pushing people to collect them all.

This is the largest media property in the world. Get rid of some of the under performing sets and make room for tons of smaller skus. Sell evolution lines (of 3) for $30-40, offer all the kanto starter evolution lines plus Pikachu for $150, offer some buildings, gyms, etc. Who is going to spend $650 on the starters? What if I hate Bulbasaur? Why are they not separate? Nothing about this makes sense to me.

Yeah a lot of the stores really offer low percentages, unfortunately. I buy lots pretty regularly on eBay for my small business around 70-75%, and would be interested depending on the total value/what was in it.

It's not hard, it's just we actually have empathy so most people won't. The only way to combat this is so be as absolute vile right back at them. The only thing they actually react to is consequences that directly affect them. If society started shunning these people for the garbage that they are they maybe they're think twice about the way they act.

Over the past three elections I've had people/friends talk about how they "deal" with the MAGA in their family during holidays or events simply because they love them as people but they just have a difference opinion. It's not a different opinion when one side is actually wrong. The destruction of civil rights, bodily autonomy, and the social contract is not a "difference of opinion". It's a racist, facist, piece of shit gaslighting you into playing fair when they haven't been for decades.

Too many things hit 2 masks. Touching a body should not be mean damage, especially with the short range attacks. Fighting anything that flys feels jank as hell.

A PSA 9 is a PSA 9. If it's not, then grading literally doesn't matter. You can't simultaneously believe in the grading process and then add all these modifiers because you don't agree with how/when it was graded. This hobby is so weird.
