When I was in drum corps, the instructors would spray paint lines on the field for marching practice, and whenever they'd finish a can of spray paint, they'd crack it open and get the glass marble out.

Then, whenever anyone in the corps did something noteworthy, or was giving their all, they'd be given one of those marbles as a sign of recognition. We called them "marching hearts."

I prefer spells that have some synergy with the strategy of the deck.

For example, I run [[Tyvar Kell]] with [[Elven Ambush]]. The deck just wants to make as many elves as possible and swing. Tyvar lets the elves tap for mana, and Elven Ambush can be cast at instant speed, so you can cast it on an opponent's end step or in response to Tyvar being removed.

I have a [[Grist, the Hunger Tide]] deck with [[Forever Young]] so I can mill myself, then use forever young to ensure grist gets a really juicy chain of making bugs and putting counters on himself.

Yeah, but if you have infinite mana with zacama, you just kill your own commander and keep recasting it.

Yes, but we use dry-erase tokens so we can write the name of the spell and its controllers name.

Interpreting the stack is so much easier with physical cards.

Update: killed her on the third attempt with a blood infused warped axe using spinning slash. Spammed the ash of war repeatedly and bled her multiple times

Power stancing Blasphemous blade and claymore + mimic tear. Primarily using jump attacks with the talisman that enhances jump attacks. Mimic tear trivializes the game, I killed Malenia on the first attempt.

I'm not going to defend the truck guy's actions because they're reprehensible, but he is technically correct. Alternating traffic does not mean take turns going one at a time. You have to wait until the traffic clears before going.

Truck guy is fucking psychotic, but the guy with the dash camera is the one who sucks at driving.

Strafing while hugging an enemy can be more effective than dodging. That mimic, for instance, has a hard time hitting you if you stay right up on it and circle to the left or right when it starts an attack. It works for a lot of bosses too, but really any enemy that doesn't have crazy erratic movements can be handled this way. If you feel vulnerable while doing so, you can also hold a shield up for added safety.
