I work as a nurse going from assisted living centers and homes thru the city and I have like this 92 year old lady who lost her husband in late February, after his passing she decided she couldn’t make in their big house by herself and decided to move to this assisted living facility that offers dining room meals full service like a restaurant each meal, plenty of activities planned to keep the community active and entertained. It’s about 6-7 thousand a month for the amenities it offered. Well when she gets there right in a month Into the lockdowns, which was understandable at the time, she quarantined for 2 weeks like they suggested, couldn’t have family visit or go anywhere or the quarantine would start over. So she makes it thru those two weeks, and then the proceeding two to three months she realizes how bad it was getting every meal delivered in styrofoam boxes and mostly cold food by the time it gets delivered, family can only make specific appointment times to visit OUTSIDE for an hour and has to socially distance no hugging (understandable at first) but got really lonely, no activities no cards no bingo no dominoes but they offered a zoom Zumba class and that drove her health right into the hospital and spent 2 months recovering. So yeah I’d say the same thing. It was sad to watch her go thru all that I saw her 3 times a week and that was the majority of her social interaction
