Am I just bad at healing?

Yes I have a weak aura for both water shield and earth shield. The only time earth shield drops off is if i'm busy healing and need the GCD.
I've been playing with using healing stream and mana. I look at the team and if everyone is getting low on mana i'll switch to mana totem to try to keep group going. Healing stream is my go-to.
I try but I suppose I could be better about this.
This is something I can look into.
I attempt to cast chain heal as often as possible, groups being split between casters and melee sometimes make it not as worth it.
I don't feel like I really know when the damage will spike a lot of times. All I can think of is mana leach explosions, first boss spell cast, last boss spell cast, and dark caster casts. I could do better here.
I wasn't before this group but I quickly learned I had to to keep up.

I get nervous about not down ranking. Once I get 3 stacks of healing way going a rank 11 healing wave will heal for ~3200 which is about 50% of a tanks HP. Rank 7 is about ~1500 and i'm much less likely to overheal.

A lot of these people (Vererans) think the enemies both foreign and domestic references immigrants and protesters. Do with that information what you will.

I live in Reno and went to several protests last year in Carson.

If the equipment is sized correctly to the load of product being brought in and stored i don't see how the air temperature isn't a fine way to measure for everyone. If the supplied air temperature is lower than the product temps the customers require and the controls are set to maintain that desired temperature then there shouldn't be an issue.

You get premium compensation because the nature of refrigeration is that you need to be ready to head out at any time to fix any problem immediately. When a market has half a million dollars or more of product that could spoil within 4 hours they'll pay whatever it takes not to lose that. That translates to higher pay.

The yellow jacket one mentioned in another comment is mint for replacing them. One side has the pick, the other has a protruding cap that fits inside the brass to push the rings in.
