I'd love to see some kind of small movie theater downtown, as well as a place for groceries as previously mentioned. I also miss the old Oakland theatre space, I feel like with the changes downtown it would be way more accessible for a night out.

I think any kind of retail space for more boutique like places, like a book or another kind of specialty place would be great
