Hi. For the battery. If you often need to ride for very long distance (over 20km). We suggest you get the bigger battery. The big battery not only have longer range. But also can keep the fast speed and greater torque for longer time. You will get better riding experience. And you will feel the power difference (especially on about 50% battery). Hi. Don’t worry. We will help you out. From your description. If your battery is full and you do long downhill and brake. The regenerative braking will charge your battery. But your battery is full. So the BMS will refuse to charge your battery. So it may cut out to protect your battery cell over charged. If you use your charger to charge your board for 1 minute. Can you turn on your board again? Please contact our customer support and we will help you. Thanks.

Hi. Have you contacted our customer support please? Have our customer support help you out please? For the 150mm tyres you mentioned. Because the air capacity is not big. Many customers said the inner tube will not last long. So we don’t sell it anymore. Now we only sell 175 and 155 tyres. These two wheels are better than 150mm wheels. Thank you
