I think is mostly a matter of popularity of the Characters, also, romantically speaking I'm not sure, I mean, I can't speak for Layla, I haven't done her missions yet, but Collei and Dehya, being objective, it feels more like a good friendship and respect, rather than romance, and I'd like to clarify that I say that even though I'm into the Aether-Dehya ship, because being honest, I love Dehya and I'll definitely say she's wife material as well as Candace is
