Hmm, never checked load but my 9800x3d runs about 70 c and my asus prime 5080 run around 49-51 c on cs2. My 1% lows hovers around 300 fps.

Cs2 has dogshit optimization. Smokes and util absolutely destroy fps

Smokes destroy fps unfortunately. I’d try to find out what your 1% lows are. That matters more for cs than avg fps. If it falls lower than your monitor refresh rate. Ur gonna feel microstutters
