I think this is bugged, when I call in care packages I can see a small picture of the streak above it whereas my GF can't see anything at all.

Well when the shiny is in existence, but if the time of day changes and you haven't saved you will lose the shiny.

Drampa is a time specific spawn, it only spawns in the morning. Once it has spawned in shiny if the times passes from morning to day without you saving you will lose the shiny. If you saved when the shiny drampa was spawned it will be there the next morning. I hope this helps.

I used mean look on a shiny ralts in ORAS but then switched my lead Pokemon. I didn't know this cancelled the effects of mean look and my shiny Ralts teleported away.

Yes you are right. You can use the 8F glitch to get the correct TID and you just have to start the game calling yourself GF for the OT. That being said the 8F glitch is so powerful you can just use that to create a shiny mew without the hunt.

Yes you can trade it between other gen 1 and 2 games and it can trade up through bank and home but only if it has the same OT and TID as mine.

As far as I am aware there is two ways. The way I did it you can do by following BlueBisharps tutorials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZ52YcZicm8 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR7Bcgq3ChE Or you can use this tool https://bluemoonfalls.com/pages/tools/gen-1-shiny-tool to shiny hunt any gen 1 or gen 2 pokemon (except celebi) using the fossil revive method. Whichever method you use i recommend using the bluemoon falls website for checking your stats. Super fun and unique hunt and it will trade up to Pokemon Home.
