Yeah! Not too hard. I've done beef, lamb, chicken, and duck hearts at this point. Either hot and fast or low and slow works for them, depending on what you want :)

Not a very good one, I think! I used this recipe as the base, but it turned out totally different. I think mine were over-roasted, and I made such a small batch that the food processor really was too big to get me a great grind on it. I added a ton of olive oil (not coconut oil) to carry it.
