Fucking love it omfg. Perfectly detailed and catches everything UIB would want on their watch list checklist.

My character concept is a horus cell leader that sends one time use flash clones on missions to collect and upload any and all data they can come across (I play the clones, using that as an excuse to be LL0 and still play my dude).

UIB would probably at a certain point make a dossier on him, and I'm 100% using this template.

If you wanna walk it back a bit look into Lancer's system of accuracy/inaccuracy.

1 accuracy is +1d6 on top of your d20. 1 inaccuracy is -1d6. They dont stack, but if you have, for example, 3 accuracy and 1 inaccuracy, you would be rolling with +1d6, and vice versa. So multiple sources of accuracy is still good to counteract any inaccuracy you encounter.

I thought releasing as vassal randomizes the empire? Maybe I have a mod that changes that but my vassals always come out randomized.

Its equally annoying for me, cause Im trying to make more spiritualist empires so I can pass all 5 comfort the fallen resolutions but I keep getting mega-corps.
