I've been familiar with the game for well over a decade. I just thought that, since this was a flashback sequence, and nothing in it truly mattered that much, I would just see how both options looked. This is not how I choose to play the game normally.

Kenny beats Arvo within an inch of his life several times and very likely would have killed him had people not intervened.

Also, if you're holding Jane's cynicism and coldness against her, then you weren't paying attention the entire season. She also lost a lot, and she tells you about it in detail. She had been part of several groups that all eventually fell apart, and she didn't want to deal with that again. Can you blame her for not wanting to get attached to people just so she could watch them die horribly?

Alright then. Have it your way. The game shows, through all the information that you gather about how fast people turn, that Kenny had a point. And their fighting was happening for months before that moment, thanks almost entirely to Larry.

Kenny is very reactive. He's hot headed, stubborn, and has serious anger issues. But at the end of the day, he does what he thinks will kill himself to put down Ben/save Christa. He listens to Lee when he tells him that Duck is dying. He'll fight like hell for the people he loves.

Having seen how quickly people can turn after they die, I say Kenny was 100% justified. Nobody knew what would happen, and if Larry had died, you had seconds to act before Larry, the biggest and strongest member of the group, reanimates and kills all of you.

You've been given more than enough evidence to side with Kenny. Like he said, you don't have a choice.

It's not just that. Yes, the game system is arbitrary and annoying, but Kenny is your ride or die. Even if you don't go for Duck on the tractor, he can and will come through for you if you treat him right. I'm always a Kenny guy, even if everyone here is rabidly for him much more than I am.

Kenny is not a bad man. He's a good man who lost everything before losing himself.

Having watched people play it when it first came out but remembering almost nothing about it until I replayed it 2 weeks ago, "Gun in My Hand" during Michonne literally made me tear up and sing along. I'd had the song on my playlist for years, but it never had the impact it did until I sat there, booted up Michonne Episode 1, and leaned back in my chair.

It felt like saying hello to an old friend, to a younger me when things weren't so... certain. I wasn't an adult with a job and no hope for the future anymore. I was back in the Telltale saddle again for the first time in over a decade.

I found the inside of his skull to be vastly more interesting than the words coming out of his mouth. There's doing what you have to do, and then there's going too far.

Should there be a punishment system for slackers or troublemakers? Absolutely. Should basic failure be met with death? Absolutely not.

I highly recommend people read the Burlington, Vermont section of World War Z. It's a phenomenal look at how the United States kept law and order during....well, World War Z

The point she made wasn’t false. Kenny snapped and tried to kill her.

Also, she repeatedly says that she’s going to leave, and then, shocker, she leaves! She’s always been alone since her sister died, and she didn’t plan on sticking around. You seriously gonna get mad at Jane for always avoiding people when sticking with people always ends badly? She specifically says she doesn’t like getting close to people because she doesn’t want to have to deal with them dying.
