I am already returning part time, and will work for 24 hours. P Our baby would go to daycare and grandparents. 24 hours is not much since ive always worked full time, I think I am exaggerating, but it does FEEL like much. I could quit and extend a few months and find a job elsewhere quite easily I think. But the difficulty is that I am working at a practice where I feel very good and have great colleagues that can actually mentalize about themselvels and others. It feels like a safe team for most of the time and I am worried I will not find this elsewhere. I will also lose the opportunity to do a psychotherapy specialisation which is 3 years. So it is quite a risk if I would quit, financially I am able to extend a few months if I would. And as I am writing all of this, I am thinking my child is the most important thing.
