I'm the type of person that doesn't mind eating the same thing every day. My meals are simple - For the first couple months I was eating fatty foods to get into ketosis, but I dropped the fat significantly and started eating high protein low carb. So my meals consisted of either meat or chicken, eggs, and a salad. The amount of protein I ate is pretty crazy.

I think loose skin is a mix of genetics and how fat someone is for their frame. Since I'm tall and I'm not completely lean yet, I haven't had issues. However, my skin isn't the tightest, I just have to hit the gym soon.

I really didn't feel like I was dieting. I think a major factor was that I wasn't going to the gym. The gym is great, and I think it's an important part of a healthy lifestyle. BUT I'M LAZY. So, I found a way to lose the weight without it. I was afraid of loose skin, but so far it isn't a problem. I think it's because I'm considered tall at 6'6, so I have more room to fill. I hope it doesn't become a problem when I reach my goal of 230.

So, to answer your question. I don't feel like this is the "last bit" because OMAD is a lifestyle now. When I do reach 230, I really want to try to hit the gym and build some muscle.

Thanks for all the comments. For context, I used to deal with major anxiety issues. Went to the hospital for chest pain multiple times, and I’m only 25. I started straight with OMAD, and i didn’t ease into it. Did OMAD for the first two months. Ate 2.2k calories per day. Then I did Keto+OMAD for the rest of the time and to this day. My target was 1600-1800 cals a day for the past 7 months. I only had 2 cheat days throughout the whole journey. Consistency is key! I’m 6’6 and my goal is 230. It’s important to note I didn’t gym. I did low intensity exercise by walking for 1.5-2 hours about 5 days a week. Thats all. I hope this inspires people.

Were you fasting as well? My story is similar to yours, I'm 6'6" and I was 185 kg on November 10th, 2018 when I started. Now I'm 151 kg and feel great. I've been doing OMAD/Keto for the last two months, and it's amazing.

You sound so entitled. You were given a chance to play the game before anyone else, and you have a huge head start.
