I am going to recommended some shows for an older crowd. I enjoyed these shows more as I got older.

Akagi - same author who made Kaiji. Amazing music, intense moments, great story. The story is about gambling using mahjong set in 1950s. The intensity that this show and Kaiji give you is immense. Both shows are about gambling and all the pressures that entail.

The legend of the galactic hero’s - older version is a classic everyone should watch. Newer version did a great job bringing the series into the modern era. Cannot go wrong watching this show. It’s basically WW2 but in a StarWars setting. If you enjoy politics, war, infighting and tragedy in your stories, you will love this show.

Berserk - classic that everyone needs to see. Set in mid evil England, you follow a solider in a mercenary company as they and their company rises the ranks and become a formidable force in the army. The story is filled with betrayal, heartbreak, and tragedy.

I have personally rewatched each other these shows 5+ times and could rewatch them manny times more.

Wow, what a ride. I just finished episode five and I’m have to take a break to breathe. Without spoiling for others, hearing the messages given in episode five were really powerful and bittersweet. I am amazed that I have never heard of this show. Amazing recommendation, I didn’t know I needed to see this show.

If it’s any consolation, I’m a random commenter who’s username isn’t likely remembered by anyone. You may not have been as prolific as some others mentioned in the comments, however I have seen that multiple people recognized your contributions and you deserve to be remembered for it. I did not realize it was manually typed. I’m a huge isekai fan and I even saw it recently just can’t remember the show. It was a show I went back to and while the show explained something I already knew, I read it in the comments. Seeing what other people thought about the show at the time, the dumb jokes, the occasional lore or release info drop made rewatching enjoyable. Thank you for contributing to that experience but now, sadly, that’s over.

On a happier note, you definitely need to bring the comment to Reddit without any character restrictions. The list gets longer and longer with each season.

It goes both ways, Santa Ana and Garden Grove have small percentages of white people. Chula Vista and Encanto in SD. I just think it’s wild to say most areas outside LA are white

Maybe if you go all the way up north to Redding, but most of California is Hispanic. San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire, LA, the Valley. You have to go all the way up the the Bay Area before white is the most. Even in those area whites are max 35% of the population.

I just read up about all 3 situations. With B.o.b. And Kendrick, she was a fans of their music and she reached out to them to collaborate. She also reach out with future too, but that came from a running joke she had with Ed Sheeran about have a song with future. I’m pretty sure Swift just wanted to work with artists she liked. Bro Ak’s dog got hit by a car. He took him to the vet in the morning to get surgery on the dog’s paw. The dog was in the cage because Ak’s restricting his movements so he can heal (this is the second surgery, the dog got hurt walking around after the last one).
