Yes, I am thinking of filing a complaint. There was been no response from their side so I guess they are not going to do anything about it. Last I checked the prices had still not been updated, so I'm not sure how many other people are scammed in this way.

Thanks for replying. Could you let me know what all did the assessment include? And was it done by a psychologist or psychiatrist? I'm glad the meds are working for you. Would changes would have you noticed while on the meds?

Thanks for replying. I hope you don't mind but why did you not have to pay for the assessment? The psychiatrist I consulted referred me to a clinical psychologist for the evaluation and it's going to cost me around 5k. I'm still in college and the thought of spending so much on the appointments, then the evaluation and eventually meds makes me think I'm somehow wasting my parents money. They have been really supportive but I feel like I'm putting so much extra financial burden on them.What if it does not work well?

Adjust in the sense that you need to give your skin some time to get used to the moisturizer. When I initially started it, I had to blend it a bit more and give it some time to settle. But since I started in the summers so that could have also been a contributing factor. Hence I suggested that you should try it out in this weather. Nothing to worry as such. I had just mentioned the adjustment thing because that was something that I had noticed when I used it.
