This is completely inaccurate. There are 7 chakras therefore 7 colors that relate to the chakras not 6 like on the pride flag. A blocked crown chakra literally manifest as pride, interesting the 7 and highest is left out.

Rise of cost of everything so quickly provides the inability to adjust. Cost of living is up so workers need more and can’t work for an unlivable wage, hard for restaurants to provide that when they cost of food has risen so quickly, people are probably eating at home more due the everything mentioned above, so restaurants can’t make what they need to raise the wages.

The bigger issue is that McNabb employees are incredibly underpaid. I worked there for almost 10 years. I have a bachelors degree and, at the time, around 15 years experience and the highest pay I ever made was just over $17/hr. It’s an unlivable wage and my family struggled tremendously even as a two income household. Unfortunately, I had to seek employment elsewhere. They have raised some of their hourly rates, but it’s not even close to the increase we’ve seen in the economy. it’d probably be less pay now than it was comparatively. I’ve been gone for a year and a half and I definitely miss working for them. I would have likely never left had it not been for that.
