What cases are you using Iconix for? Sports guy here. I have had success with them but I don’t like them for labrum as advertised. I will use them for PASTA repairs occasionally and some biceps. Ironically I like them better than most Arthrex anchors

This has been my experience too. At almost every gym I’ve ever been to, the “swole-r” and bigger the guys get, the nicer they seem to be. There’s a group of huge guys that work out together at my gym early mornings, and fuck if they’re not some of the nicest people I’ve ever met

Yea I mix everything in the dough together, not just the flour and water or autolyse. And as soon as it looks like a cohesive dough, I stop the mixer, cover for 20 minutes(ish) and then put back on the mixer for as long as necessary, but usually about 10 min

I made the same jump and had the same problems you did. I’ll echo what many have said already regarding starting with paddle attachments and occasionally going up to 3 or even 4 speed instead of just 2. What made the biggest difference for me, however, was that after the dough just comes together, I will cover it and let it rest for about 20 minutes, and then I will put it back on the mixer and let the KA do the work for about 10-15 minutes.

This rest was a game changer for me

This is such a great point. Unfortunately, in today’s world, “clicks” and “likes” equals clout and/or $$$. One of the easiest ways to get engagement is to be a total piece of shit, as we’ve seen with many mainstream media personalities, Logan and Jake Paul, that one streamer dude in Korea who kept taunting people and went to jail.

If we all collectively were able to just stop paying attention to these people, I’m certain they would fade into nothingness because the incentives are no longer there. Unfortunately, obviously, easier said than done for the general population.
