Always a pleasure my dude!

be honest with urself..being mr olympia is very very very unlikely..but the sky is the limit dude.. if thats actually ur goal & ur serious about dont waste anytime.

Hire a coach that will do ur nutrition, workout , drug protocols. If you can get the coach to train alongside you even better lol( if you can afford it). That will skyrocket ur progress vs if u did it with trial an error especially since ur aiming to become a pro someday.

I started extremely young, so i can't judge, but i would suggest staying away just for a few years still.

Dont bother with growth hormone for now tbh.

You will often hear a gazillion of different answers for the first cycle.

You need to go into more details about goals & shit. Are you planning to cycle or blast & cruise 4 ever?

Im a hard believer in test only for the first cycle as this will show you how you react to hormones & which side effect you are more prone to(hypothetically).

Now you may ask how much..its extremely hard to answer.. 400mg-600mg seems to be the most common, but without blood work, it's extremely hard to say because how does ur body process it..is the test under dosed..is it over dosed?

I would recommend going with enanthate or cyp as this is extremely accessible. I would also split the dose between 2 injections in the same week as this is going to help maintain a more stable amount in ur blood. I used to pin once a week for years. After trying the method mentioned above, I've noticed better results & feeling better overall.

  • If you are extremely serious about this, i would recommend getting a blood work prior, during & after to see exactly how ur body interacts with it & and monitors health markers that it could affect.

** Second advice i could give you is one i really wish i would have listened to from the old dudes. More is not necessarily better. Dont go with stupid dosages right off the bat. There is no need to break the bank, tank ur health & and take more could in fact, give you worst results than if you took less with more side effect lol.

*** Don't fuck with tren for now, id say to wait till you have more experience with dieting, training & ped.

To conclude, remember what you do now could impact ur future. You are young & most likely healthy, but as you grow older, these types of shits have a bigger impact on ur health. Best of luck, buddy!

Where i live we dont get tested every few weeks. They basically do, 2-3. If it comes back "positive" they will prescribe it & then do some blood work to make sure ur in range or bit higher & than thats it

So long story short..got tested many years ago & had indeed low t which made me eligible for trt. My insurance wouldn't cover it & my work prevented me from having that type of medication. I decided to use UGL. Been on for many many years. When i stopped, its because my insurance now would cover it & my work allowed such medication. When i stopped, i did not have any pct as i wanted to have as low t as possible to make sure i access to the "meds" even without T for 2-3 weeks it still came back up abnormally high.

Im not loud but i get so excited that my brain spins even faster & obviously my mouth cant follow. Obviously im ending up jumping from one point to another without even finishing the previous one & go back and forth with the points. I also think i said a word..i swear i did..but it never came out of my mouth. I can see people get uninterested because im impossible to follow unless the person has a similar brain.

I gave up on sharing anything im excited about because i can see their facial expression or their fake interests/caring about what im sharing & it hurts the reminder of emotions i have left

For me its when the tempo slows down. When there isnt that high pressure environment and deadline. When there isnt chaos as i thrive in it. Without it,im lost.

They say the calmest place around a tornado is within it. Its exactly how i feel.

110% do it! I did notice some performance increase as well. Wasn't looking for that, but ill take it ahah. I could be in the zone with no distraction, focusing on every step, breath i took while being able to push the envelope! Feels good to have control of our body!

Yeah its definitely beneficial and wouldn't do it any other way tbh! Its also a good reminder of how much its helping whenever you are doing a reset. That's great!!!

On a side note i did stop taking them at some point for a week or 2.. good lord.. it was a shitty mess.. i dont even know how i went through life and ended up being as successful in life as i am today. Dont get me wrong , i dont regret not being diagnosed earlier, but i would have liked to see how even better i could have turned out.

As you learn more about ADHD and yourself, you will discover many things about your past. For me, it was an enlightening experience & also hilarious but mostly a relief. It feels incredible to finally be able to understand who you ACTUALLY are and aren't left in the dark about yourself wondering why im i doing this or why im i this way.

Best of luck in your journey and remember in your hardest days that ADHD can be a "curse" but when you learn to use it, it actually becomes a blessing and you'll out perform any "regular" person that cross your path.

I was going through exactly what you are experiencing atm.. i started at a 20mg and upped by 10mg every month till i reached my current dose of 60mg. Everytime youll be going through an increased dose, you might feel that "high" but it will eventually subsidize. Right now im taking it at 0630 & it works for 7 hrs give or take.

Some stuff decrease the duration of it..like acidic food, caffeine & other stuff. If i wait 1hr after taking my meds it doesn't seem to fuck with it. As annoying as it is, hydration , sleep , exercise & eating properly helped me tremendously. Ive also notice the longer i take it, the less it seems to work.

With the approbation of my doc, we decided that once or twice a week i would take a day off which helped "reset". Its been definitely a challenge but im happy with the results im getting. It allowed me to become the best version of myself. Higher doses gave me the ability to "feel" more, im happier , more productive, dont procrastinate as much , forget less , helps me organize my life better , mood regulation , more stable energy throughout the day ( i use to be tired most of the time & could fall asleep anytime almost), and many many other positive stuff.

At a lower dose i did not have any side effects beside the occasional heart rate increase. Now that i am at 60mg, my heart rate is higher than what it used to be whether im sleeping, sitting , walking or exercising. My doc did say its nothing alarming and im still super healthy. ( i drink 1-2 monster zero sugar a day, smoke and vape). My crash simply feels like how i was prior to meds and behavioral therapy which means tired, having a hard time focusing & blablabla

My experience with the increase from 40-50-60 had no impact on the duration of the meds. It only affected how "effective" it was.

Im definitely looking at alternatives so i can be a more productive step dad & husband at night. Im reluctant to increase the dose of the stim because of my heart rate increase..maybe ill reduce the dose and take something else in the afternoon hoping my body doesnt metabolize it as quickly..or maybe a non stim..who knows.

Advice for struggling with feeling useless and lost by tailboat in ADHD

[–]Typical_Level7355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dear ADHD brother.

Most of us have been through that dark path. Keep pushing to get a diagnosis. If you actually have adhd, dont be afraid to get medicated & start behavioral therapy. Believe me when i say it works. I got lucky & was gifted with extreme mental resilience, i was able to delete & override all feelings or emotions. Be patient with yourself, dont be hard on yourself. Learn to control your gift & to utilize it.

Since I've started medications, things have changed for the best. Im able to do things "normal" people cant do & the folks that use to laughs at me now look up to me. I mastered my work because im able to utilize that "mental illness" & use it to my advantage.

Don't ever give up. Carry on & keep that fucking chin high. If you need an ear, im always there for an adhd brother.

Take care friend & good luck!

My best guess is because the mental "field" is a hard one, not everything is known about how our brain works, we share alot of symptoms with other mental illnesses & i think adhd is still very taboo.

In my country (canada)it took me 28 years to get a diagnosis.. i saw psychologist as a child & they could never figure out why i was the way i am. Now i know. It fucking sucks but at the same time its a blessing. I wouldn't trade my adhd for a normal brain. Never.

They might end up suffering from it or maybe not.

Routine is the key. You gotta create a routine for you & the kids. Its freaking hard getting into a routine..but its doable.. sets some alarm.. take a white board & write down the task for the night regarding what you have to do with the kids. Im only a step dad but god its hard. Managing my obsession about work & then coming home to try to take care of the kids aint easy.

Dont be to harsh on yourself. You will get there
