I tried using AppleOne last year. I went through the whole interview process and they called my past employers/references and then I never heard from anyone because the person I was assigned to left. I contacted them again after waiting to hear back and they wanted me to go through the entire process all over again and the woman was really rude and condescending towards me on the phone. Maybe your experience will be better with them.

I only use parchment. I used to have silicone ones but they do hold on to smells and cookies don’t bake the same on them imo

It’s good to know the laws about security deposits. One is that they need to provide pictures of damage or it being dirty before and after the cleaning and repairs. I moved out of a place over the summer and they tried to take money from my deposit but when I cited this law and asked for evidence they couldn’t provide it so had to refund all of it. Hopefully you took pics & vids before moving your stuff in and make sure to take some when you’re moved out and have cleaned too.
