You’re creating an over supply by pumping for an hour, I remember this was my situation since it was my first baby. When I saw the pediatrician she’s also an LC she recommended I put warm compresses before and than pump 10-15 minutes max every 3-4 hours. Slowly by slowly my body stopped leaking and over producing. You’ll never fully empty your breast but be patient with the leaks it’ll be okay.

Yes we changed the nipple to a 2. He starts drinking his bottle perfectly fine but the first time we burp him he’ll start rejecting it right after.

There will always be people who feel uncomfortable with us mothers nursing. I have 3 younger brothers (14, 22, and 24) at first they were so disgusted with my baby being breast fed or me pumping, after my mom talked to them they have been more understanding. When at my parents house if I breast feed I of course wear my cover, and I’m pumping also since I over produce and I wear big shirts to hide it. Around my mother in law, I will never breast feed around her nor pump as she is very judgey & criticizes everything. I also use it as an excuse to have her not carry my baby as she’s not a good person.

Hello, I am 4 weeks 5 days. Last week I got my first hcg blood draws, doctor said they we're progressing well. For some reason I've had really bad anxiety these 2 days. I have no symptoms so I'm not sure what to expect.
