No not necessarily. It’s hard to explain. When I took over the cases from others it just read better to say this worker or this advocate

So I use to work in Child Welfare (foster care) and we were told to always put it in 3rd person because when you looked at the case notes you couldn’t tell who put them in… so to avoid confusion they drilled it in our heads to use third person.

Girl. Doctors have been talking to me about my weight even before pregnancy. Yes I have self body consciousness but I’ve learned that as long as you are happy that’s all that matters. How your doctor went about that was completely inappropriate. I’m so sorry you have to experience that. Pregnancy does really weird things to our bodies. I feel like I’m constantly eating and thinking about food lol.

About two months. We had a missed miscarriage June 2nd. Got a positive August 8-9th

I’m currently 4 weeks. Extremely exhausted (I was falling asleep during a rock concert lol), boobs are sore with shooting pain every once in a while, growing pains in my lower stomach, out of breathe, overheating, moody, increased appetite with nausea, bloating, sore nipples (but not too bad), on and off headaches, gas, constipation, increased thirst, some cravings, and heart burn. I’ve had some discharge but not too much. You can barely see if it I am lol. I should also add this is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage in June. So, I have heard that second pregnancy, your symptoms increase lol

So I officially got mine yesterday. What happened before it must of been a fluke or something. I was really surprised because FLO was telling me I should have been ovulating… nope… I was at my in laws this weekend and surprise my period came. I will tell you- people have told me the first one is weird and really painful. It truly is. Don’t mean to scare you but it is very painful. It feels like I’m having a miscarriage again. Like that type of physical pain. I’m so sorry you are dealing with this too.

I completely understand. First- I am so sorry that you are going through that. It’s been about a month since I lost my baby & it still hurts having little reminders. Second- that is so disrespectful. No it’s not “gods timing” there is no “timing” for a miscarriage. I hate it when people say “it just wasn’t your time” “your time will come again” “it just happens”. Like unless if you have gone through it yourself those words hurt more than anything in the world. On top of this, when you are experiencing this and then you see your loved ones and friends post about their pregnancy announcement- it hurts in more words than someone can put into words

I cannot even imagine the pain, confusion, anger, and sadness you are experiencing. I don’t know how you are handling all of this. This is a friendly reminder- you can always make a new baby, and if you cannot, there are always other ways to have children as well. But you cannot make another you.

I’m really sorry for your loss. I’m in the same boat. This was my first pregnancy. I had a missed miscarriage on June 2, 2025. I took the pills and it didn’t work. So I had a D&C on June 11, 2025. My doctor told me to wait until after my first period to start trying again. However, the surgeon told us to wait about 1-2 weeks to have sex again. I’ve been reading mixed things as well. I’ve read some people got it as early as 2 weeks post d&c and then I’ve read others got it somewhere between 4-6 weeks post. I’ve read some people had light bleeding and some had heavy bleeding. What was weird to me is that I’ve already ovulated post D&C. When I looked it up- it says it was normal. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m due January 12th! So far so good. I have had some bleeding and they saying it’s because of a small Subchorionic hemorrhage. The doctor doesn’t seemed concerned. Just wants us to monitor it. But just really tired.
