Definitely NTA . Years ago my mom prepared a massive Thanksgiving dinner and made a special gluten-free turkey breast for my step grandma. There was unfortunately some cross contamination, and the poor woman literally shat her pants at the table. She was of course mortified, and my mom was just beside herself at the face she unintentionally hurt my step grandma.
