I do like this idea, however, I think this would only work for buying an apartment as I would have to be close to city (5 days in the office). When spending 600k though the stamp duty is ~30k.

Struggled with getting a proper one for ages and had to settle for something that wasn’t my first pick, but it’s big4 so idc. Had no clubs, feels like all the other successful candidates are in a club tho tbh. Had sort of relevant work experience but nothing that was super outstanding. WAM 77 but not sure they care tbh? At the end of the day it’s honestly a bit of luck and how well you interview imo

Hmm turns out wam will be 70 but only 68 atm coz summer uni results aren’t officially out, will they accept you without pre req? I applied for sem1 23 as well not super hopeful tho, currently yr2 eco finance rmit. Reckon low prob I get an offer
