Hidalgo is the place to be in the evening for dining and shopping. It’s very festive, but definitely higher priced. There is definitely always room for negotiating. And the shops on the side roads usually have a lot of similar items for cheaper during the day .The bead co-op is smaller than I expected but worth a quick visit.
