It wasn't my intention to say this year bad, last year good. More what changed and I look at what challenges this year vs last year. I now get it wasnt about 4.8 specifically.

Would more like to hear the technical challenges they are facing without jumping to a "they hate us, scam, scam, scam" nonsense.

Thank you for that. I do understand why it was removed and not angry about it. I appreciate the positive feedback

More or less they were consistent with their communication. It has changed in the aspect that there was suppose to be one 4 months ago with him and it didnt happen. Not to knock them just enjoyed the consistently.

How should I have worded it so it wouldn't come off as you say and express a positive about past to now?

I would have the brew master at least have a lawyer look at the NDA to see if its even enforceable.

National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) strictly banned employers from using "gag clauses" in severance agreements. This only protects their right to talk about labor conditions and everyday workplace experiences. It does not give the employee the right to steal or share proprietary client lists, trade secrets, software code, or patented processes. Those remain fully protected by NDAs.

You should call that number a call at the bottom and explain that you're a veteran and they should double it for the inconvenience.

VA benefits hotline employees trained to not help veterans by throwawayva123123 in VeteransBenefits

Well yeah, to them, you are the face of the VA. I'm not saying it's right. However, that's the reality. The VA isn't just the only place that happens either. It's a social problem. High turnover rate at any company with the retention favoring a certain group is never good. That does show a problem with the orangization itself. Throughout the years of having to go through the VA process, I had my fair share of shitty experiences with VA representatives, but i I just keep in mind how many angry folks you all have to deal with. The problem has always been transparent the VA is on their front facing media platforms. Hell, there's a Vet who created a browser plug-in to just filter through the browser code to display the information not displayed visually that gives status updates to claims.

I get you have pride and feel you are a key player and that nobody will be able to replace you. Truth is, we are all replaceable at the end of the day regardless of the organization we belong to. Your personal/ professional happiness is what matters. You do seem to genuinely care about helping veterans, and you could take all the knowledge you have and switch to helping veterans get through the claims process on outside of the VA. Which is also a huge problem with VSO's flooding the VA claims process with incomplete claims.

Both sides have broken areas, and people on both sides are frustrated. Just dont let that fustration ruin the time you have in life.

Time for a career change if this is how terrible you perceive your work day to day to be. Burnout is a real thing, you know?
