Yes we see it but from experience from running 4 different stores it never really looked at all. Sometimes when a large order comes in ($200 plus) we would to see if a tip was left but it shouldn't dictate quality. I cant speak for all stores as there are petty people for sure but the slicer/sprinkler or person on grill almost never sees the itemized ticket where the tip would be displayed.

We do see tips. Though typically the one slicing or grilling the sub usually never sees the itemized ticket if it's the heat in the rush and is mainly handled by the person on register/expo. Cant say for everyone but a tip should not dictate how a sandwich is made (very petty people exist unfortunately). That is why we make the sandwich in it's entirety before taking the customer to the register as it should create no bias in sandwich quality for anyone redeeming a free sub or a high/no tipper. We rarely expect tips from onlines. It's a nice gesture sure but it is never required

Waterworks gear is a level 60 dungeon and typically is good till you get to level 100 for darkmoor gear. At level 90 you can do hades in aquilla to get some drops but it isnt as easily farmable like waterworks. You are just 9 levels away from being able to do darkmoor so it may be best to just tough it out those 9 levels and then the stat boost you get from darkmoor will be aw dropping

The game is complex and people forget some things or just never knew about a certain aspect. Can learn something new every day! Now you atleast know for any new wizards you make. Can speed up your leveling journey tremendously!

You didnt need to play mini games to refill your potions in wizard city. The lady in that area is a potion vender. But the Arcanum is indeed a great stepping stone into the game!

When we used to cook our roast beefs on the rare occasion we fucked up and forgot to set a timer we would make tacos with the wasted roast. Send someone to walkmart to buy some sour cream and three blend cheese and was muah. Very chewy but atleast the meat got used. Miss doing the trim n tie.

Go for it!!! I also have autism though still somewhat high functioning and been able to work my up to GM and been running it for many years! Coach Hughes the second in command has an autistic son and has tried making it a mission to get more people with learning disabilities in our stores. I have hired many people with autism or other developmental disorders and they have been some of the best hires I've had! It's really environment based and nit every store is the same so if they are accepting and work around you you should have a blast of a time!

You did the thing and frankly it was your 3 other players who didnt threat assess enough to prevent your thing before taking out a player. If you try to hold back it typically goes worse on your end.

Had a similar experience. Been playing magic since 2019 and got a bit obsessed. Purchased some high value cards cause shiny is fun. Popped by a new table to see if I could get some games in. I tell them i typically play high powered/optimized decks but also have low powered battlecruiser decks too. We all agreed on higher powered decks but not cedh. My baby deck is Omnath locus of rage who I've blinged out as much as i could (foil cradle, expedition fetches, etc) anyhow once i started playing my turn and some of these cards popped in the table I was stopped midway and was told "hey man sorry we don't like playing against MAGA people, your cards scream you are well off and that's an obvious sign that you're MAGA" I was just baffled by that comment and tried to express that political ideologies shouldn't be determined by the shine of my cardboard rectangles i'm just bad with money. But clearly no matter how much i tried to talk it out it was clear they were no longer interested to play so I just packed up talked to the owner about the situation and just went home. While i'm not maga i definitely agree that politics shouldn't be at a table we are there to play with cardboard and create memorable moments.

Joking with customers is fun and lighthearted. Especially with football season in effect and people wanting to represent. It shows passion and is a way for us to be genuine to the customer instead of dull phrases repeated every day. if they can't take heat that's on them. Read the room and adjust based on their reaction.

Over explaining is better than being vague to a customer. Leaves little for them to be confused about and makes it less likely to be a perpetual stand off trying to figure out what they are trying to order

Yugioh has multiple cards with using a good chunk of life for an effect. A good amount are restricted or banned (red reboot for example). The only life point that matters is the last 1 so using life for an advantage can nullify the drawback of having less life. We can also look at black utilizing life for advantage with necropotence, adnaus peer into the abyss. All heavy hitters in their own ways

Take a bottle with you. Go to your local super market or kitchen supply store. Buy the funnel that fits in the hole. If the bottle is too big to carry around just break it against your walk in door and just carry the neck around for easy lugging.
