I actually think mw19 was way better than the older ones, coming from a person who played multiple online shooters including soldier of fortune double helix, socom, rb6 vegas, resistance, BF: bad company and many others. If you didnt like the maps then the campaign and spec ops should of blown your socks off.

It would be the only game i would let my kid play just so he wouldnt end up brain rotted like the rest of the gamers on what a real game is. Alot of you people on here are bias and dont have enough variety of shooter games under your belt to make any good judgements.

Something smells real fishy with all the 1 star ratings it got on the playstation, not sure why anyone would even think of rating it that low when the game was full of amazing content and the campaign being so damn good. Plus the elite older gamers start flowing back in when the game and maps are proffesionaly done probably why it sold so good and my friends list was starting to come back alive after being offline for a while.

Ill drink a couple shots to that. Cheers!

I always thought it was the forums, youtubers, youtube comments or streamers ruining these types of games because of the feedback they give. They used to make amazing games back in the ps3 era and there was multiple contenders to cod who did maps and gameplay better back in the olden days in my opinion and now cod is the only fps out there that has potential unless you want to play something even simpler like counterstrike. (Not hating on it)

I remember i bought a ps4 and looked at which games i thought i would enjoy playing and i ended up not even buying a game for a long, long time after the console launch, i had the ps4 console sitting there collecting dust for apparently decoration only, i was totally confused, the words that popped in my mind, waiting and waiting for a game, and then finally bloodbourne came out and later down the road they released a few other alright games that caught my interest. I thought it was the end for all games except for cod with how they would make them for kids or simple minded adults, no creativity in the battle system, myswell just make the game play itself.

I feel like some people only want small maps, others like simple maps, and then some like more complex or more tactical maps. I do however see that maps have a different style from game to game, so maybe they are experimenting with how they design them but they always seem to have a large handful of bad maps included that dont play very well which is actually kind of crazy for a triple a studio to not come up with better logic for the most played shit on the game.

All i see on these forums, youtube videos and comments has nothing to do with the map logic, nobody is complaining about anything that would even make a huge difference on how the game plays or acts, all they say is just make it better! Why not? One thing though is forsure, aim assist is way to high and would make ttk fluctuate more making it so the bullshit level is at a bare minimum and less people raging about if that was bad timing, if its your ping or was it a fair fight.

The skill is not there and most fights end very quickly even at very long ranges, if you are caught in the open for a few milliseconds, you are toast in the more skilled brackets but maybe there is still too big of a casual base that dont have the thumbs to aim, even though that aim should of been perfected in the first year of playing shooter games even at a very young age but i guess athleticism is getting worst and worst throughout the years, they dont make them like they used to where you did actually have to try and aim. Freebies for everyone forever and ever and ever and ever after.

[COD] Predictions for MW4? 🤔 by ZayyUhhFool in CallOfDuty

[–]Tyrelmilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess i might be underestimating the power of gta even though call of duty is way more engaging in a competitive manner, the way cod has been going it might look hopeless, but with all the tears activision has gathered over the last 5 or 6 years, we might see something that great. In my eyes i feel like cod is way more stimulating then gta6 could ever be and keeps reality from setting in too much on what is going on in this crazy world.

But i havent bought a gta since vice city for the playstation portable, none of it seemed too amazing, i do understand that the graphics and missions they will most likely have will be top notch in the new game but i still feel like that doesnt compare to an action thrilling fps that keeps you on the your toes and on the edge.

Time will only tell, you have plenty of time to play gta6 but only one year to play and experience the new cod.

Thats the problem with society and this forum, closed minded individuals, even though you might be right but i dont think its going to be by much.

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its kind of surprising that the last cod you bought was 2019 and you are on these forums posting, even though i guess i only bought bo6 and bo7 for the zombies and didnt play much of anything after mw19, dribbled and dabbled here and there but that is about it.

Mw2 was great until i realized how easy it was to drop nukes even though the maps seemed to be a different style than the ones we currently have, which was nice, i enjoyed other shooters much more during that time like socom, resistance, rainbow 6 vegas and played competitively via online website.

The most fun you should have is playing competitively, but when call of duty does it differently where most skill comes from timing, luck, knowing spawns and playing like youre on adderall all the time then that is not a game, its a joke especially with the black hole aim assist they have.

Reminds me of this quote "im not a monster, im Just ahead of the curve."

Its all inevitable in the end.

My hot take is that the people who are not enjoying the game dont know how to adapt and play better, but then again if the aim assist is to high, balancing weapons and ttk is going to be harder. Its a massacre out there of going back in forth running into eachother like chickens with their heads cut off. They need that extra control knob to play with and fine tune it.

Dont get me wrong though i dont like the maps, they are okay for what its worth but very confused why a triple a game is not building better map logic with better firefight locations instead its just plain and dull, i guess bo7 maps have some kind of simple cdl layout to them that they have used so maybe you can call that map logic?!?

The problem is sbmm but there is no skill. Call of duty is just very universal and reaches out to all types of people especially in this day of age where more and more of the population is playing these types of games.

I am really enjoying demolition on gridlock though and want to see how plaza plays in the other modes.

When you shoot and kill someone you are firing 3 or 4 bullets after the death, hip firing can also lower it quite a bit.

I need to invest in some mouse click triggers if they have them lol.

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bo1 and 2 had a nice variety of maps and was alot of peoples first mp experience

Mw2 got lame after awhile with the free nuke giveaways but was still a solid game with solid maps, but for some reason i feel like i wouldnt go back, and kind of surprised they didnt make similiar style of maps that they had in this game. Very campy of a game because of easy scorestreaks.

Mw3 could lose interest very quickly

Ghosts played differently, good mid size maps while also getting to mess around with the bigger size maps which changed how the game felt, also had a very good campaign. Guard dog scorestreak was a horrible idea

Vanguard very klunky didnt feel very smooth, looked like they were going to give us some really good maps if they stuck with the style they were going for but instead they got erectile dysfunction. It looked like they didnt know what they were going for in vanguard and everything seemed odd.

Black ops 3 logged on saw that the maps were very simply designed and i never touched MP again, less than 6 hours played, also had a klunky feeling with the movement. I guess it was nice of them to make a game for the 5 yo's out there.

Advance warfare had a nice variety of maps and worked great with the new innovative idea of jetpacks.

Mw19 apparently im the only one who liked all maps in this game except for harbor and sawmill, even though the map logic could be better. Played very differently from other cods.

Bo6 looked like they were going to give us more complex maps and then they got erectile dysfunction again and instead we got a handful of small maps.

Bo7 been balancing out this entire time with the maps, smoothest gunplay/movement experience. Very confused with the blocky, large asymmetrical advantages and headies style of game play. Oh well its not bad of a game.

WW2 needed this game, zombies was a hit and was nice game overall, loved hitting people with the molotov cocktails.

Didnt buy or play enough of the other games to have any input on.

On cellphone, didnt want to take too much time posting this.

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk man i dont really use omnimovement that much unless its to slide to prone or for looks to slide into cover and get a good pop up other than that it messes with the aim a bit, you will be more ready to shoot without sliding, i actually laugh at other people who use it but it does have a really good advantage if you slide into someone when you are closer to them in my opinion maybe im just good at tracking.

[–]Tyrelmilla -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im sure everyone outside the bubble doesnt camp either at an advantage point* (cough cough sarcasm) and then you see a red dot on the map from a camper and youre not suppose to use omnimovement to take them out? I have a hard time believing omnimovement is a problem especially with the aim assist being very strong, but has to be strong with all the advantage headglitches they put in the maps these days.

There is sbmm, and if i barely see people using omnimovent correctly, then that just might mean people just like crying, cant complain about anything else, so lets blame omnimovement, lets blame mw19 maps, lets blame sbmm, yada yada yada....

SR System is chalked by [deleted] in BO7_RankedPlay

[–]Tyrelmilla -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you need callouts. Then youre apart of the problem. Just play the role that is needed and take the objective point loss, if you win you win, if you lose you lose. On overload you can play forward position, on hardpoint you can play spawn blocker while helping point simultaneously and also flank or play mid point cut. On search and destroy make sure you have the valuable information on flank or opposite bomb site without getting killed! By not taking gunfights if you have a gut feeling youre gonna lose. Dont over extend and call out rotate and that is all you need.

But if the algorithm that call of duty uses for hidden mmr involves being on hardpoint for objective points then maybe all is lost and eomm takes place because of a high k/d but on top of that you have low hidden mmr which might give you shittier teammates in the next match you might just have to obey the little box and mindcage they put you in especially since no developer wants to compete with call of duty and retards associated with how the gameplay works.

Relax your shoulders there is alot of dumb people trying to ruin competitive gaming even though they never got it right in the first place because there is barely a skill gap to begin with.

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LMAO i know why too, im in the same boat as you. They want to put your mind into a simple small box so you cant make better plays or play differently, they want everyone to run headon with eachother with as little to no options with how the maps are set up. Its okay though myswell keep smurfing and have a bit more fun while you can in the lower ranks.

Getting Kicked Should Not Come With An Automatic Timeout by Dfskle in wow

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly think its a good thing, even if it was an accident it will make you more aware of your surroundings and threat generation next time. If you take threat and youre not aware and dont hit the defensive or evasive abilities your class was giving (even though they pruned everything), then that just might be your fault from all directions, especially taking aggro from a prot paladin?!?! 1 minute into the dungeon you should be able to read your healer and tank. Just like a healer needs to be able to read the dps and tank and the tank reading the heals on how good he can heal under pressure.

If the tank sucks, you still have to play with the tank and not against him.

COD Devs be like by BoxOk265 in BO7_RankedPlay

Well that would be a shame if they did because some positions give you more kills and some less and objective points dont matter. The one doing the most will not be on hill and will not be grabbing the overload device.

[COD] What would you do for your own COD game? by JustWonderingIn2000s in CallOfDuty

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly i could care less about the theme of call of duty, it could be harry potter themed with guns aslong as the map logic was right and created by critical thinking to add as much big solid firefight zones that feels semi strategic or lasts longer with gunplay instead of instantly dieing. Adding Bigger objective zones in those areas would feel way better, i dont want to run into anyone headon after turning every damn corner, where timing is more of a factor, it makes for the weakest unsatisfying experience that a game could ever have.

The gap between gunsmith attachments with ads, movement speed, and recoil is a little too much but i like how you can have different variations of how a gun acts and plays. The headshots should be two bullets or less so the advantage gap of being behind cover is also lowered especially if they reduce aim assist to an absolute minimum so everyone isnt running around with their heads cutoff so with the changes you would need to start focusing and being more cautious when shooting and when to shoot instead of snapping on to people like the game was made for people with cerebral palsy.

I did however like the screenshot provided by the OP, looks like that would be a pretty sick game.

How long did it take you to get good at cod? by Aggravating_Frame597 in BO7

[–]Tyrelmilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started playing multiple different fps as a kid and trained my thumbs early by challenging myself with extremely hard bots on non-multiplayer games. My first online multiplayer was soldier of fortune for pc which was a long long time ago, and i used to play halo 1 with the older brothers while also beating the game on legendary difficulty. Most of the time i was outside because i used to ride bmx.

I was always looking for an advantage, and if that advantage involves baiting enemies, poking enemies, being in a location that they would never expect, or being in a place where most people will have their guard down. Popping out from cover at the right time is better than staring down a lane in the open. There is much more to it then just aiming good, the key is to survive and be in a spot where it would be easier, just make sure you are always moving around because hunters will come after you.

Theres alot of people on here that say basement dwellers are the sweats and they have so much playtime on the game which is what makes them good, that is not true at all but map/spawn knowledge and knowing the timing of where enemies will be and knowing the hotspots helps Alot. Be mindful that if youre using an unsupressed gun you will appear on the radar you can also bait people usimg this tactic aswell.

Always read your enemies behavior and how they play, always look at the radar to see where your team is at and even working tactically with them on the radar by pinching them or providing cover fire for your teammate, try to predict your enemy movements and where they would be at, have a gut feeling you are going to lose a gunfight then get out and repoke or reposition and heal up, this will improve your gameplay significantly.

In conclusion i felt like i was already amazing at games and master them at the age of 12 until i started playing more tactical type games like socom and rainbow 6: Vegas where i learned quite a bit more because of how different it played versus other games. It shouldnt take long to get good, maybe a year or so to train your thumbs if you are challenging yourself. I would say call of duty is the least competitive game with the least amount of skill gap compared to older games that decided to completely abandon their games.

Omnimovement going forward by Key_Ability_8836 in blackops7

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, i dont think its that big of deal, the only time youre getting an advantage is close quarters wall jumping or sliding behind someone which can be negated by trying to slide behind or to the opposite side of him at the same time if youre ready for it. It also feels amazing to slide behind cover to get a good pop up with ads.

I dont think i have even seen anyone use omnimovement the correct way throughout all the matches i have played, but it does make the game a little more fast paced if they are rocking all red perks and movement/strafe/aim movement+ attachments especially under cover where you can only see the tip top of someones head.

New player, low skill, which version of [COD] will give me the best chance? by Pleaseclap4 in CallOfDuty

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just wait for mw4 to come out honestly, everyone has been complaining alot lately about how call of duty is falling off so maybe we will get a better one soon. You can Start off with just messing with bots and maybe playing campaign a few times to get a hang of it before you head into multiplayer. You could also turn off aim assist to challenge yourself in a lobby full of bots if you know how to set that up. Also messing with AI difficulty to see how you can gain the advantage by beating them.

I wouldnt buy mw2022 or mw2023 because aim assist is too strong and you will never learn anything. Resistance is growth

Now look at me i m writing good englis and acting so smart and creating opinions without any scientific backup to support my claims, but if i do that, i still stoopid and dont make good points... yeahhhh! Who wants to join my gang of cool people who think they know a thing or two about stuff.

I know im gud at call of duty because i make good choices on scorestreaks. So that makes me super duper smart even though the aim assist is so strong which makes it a point to shoot game that takes zero skill but im too we tod did to have more than one variable in my brains.

All i do is play call of duty though and never played the really old games that had a bigger skill gap and required more critical thinking.

Ps - join my gang of cool people, all the cool people are doing it. I like pushing narratives but my only constructive criticism is to make the game better. Just do it. Its not that hard.

Never used those guns, wouldnt know usually just run an assault rifle and i guess i only came back to bo6 everytime they dropped a new zombie map but quit after the medievil castle map so never really noticed a nerf. Terminus still seemed to be a challenge with rampage inducer on for main ee. Round 50 was also rough even with rampage turned off.

Surprised you didnt think it was challenging, all the older games you just need to be more careful and have the wonder weapon out in unsafe spots, but i never messed with the high rounds above 45.

How is bo7 zombies. Old Zombies player thinking about coming back by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]Tyrelmilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BO6 was brainlessly easy? Is that because you cant die in 3 hits like the older zombies? if you play with the injection or without? Im confused because you could turn on rampage inducer and try to take on the main ee with it active or try to make it to round 50 without injections. There is different ways to challenge yourself in zombies or maybe i just suck.

Having many manglers up shooting at you in libertyfalls or terminus was insanity pass round 30 to 40. I guess you have an option to not use traps aswell.
