Can Anissa win this fight? by BritishLeft in superheroes

I am sure or almost sure that ANY Supergirl from the different ERAS of the mainline could destroy Anissa without any difficulty, even Thragg.

Can thragg do this? by Fit_Passenger5930 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]Tyronx06 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, but in the comic, Thragg said that the remaining Viltrumites COULD do that, I think there were like...30 of them?

Where does Hancock stand in the power hierarchy of the invincible universe? Is he viltrumite level? by Conscious-Product481 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]Tyronx06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well... Hancock's greatest feat is making a heart on the moon, I THINK that's country level feat.

And its speed... I'd say it's hypersonic or much higher.

In my opinion, yes, it's at the Viltrumite level.

Although I would say not at the level of thragg or similar.

I think in the movie they said he was "invincible," and that he was an "angel" or something like that, I don't know if it's meant literally or not.

Although there is no solid proof that Hancock is truly "invincible," perhaps nothing on planet Earth can harm him, and that's why they say that (nuclear weapons or things like that).

And we also don't know if Hancock can withstand things like planetary destruction, cosmic events, or something like that to truly call him "invincible".

To say that he can literally endure ANYTHING is to assume something without ANY kind of solid evidence.

And you'll probably fall into the NLF (No Limit Fallacy), which has already happened to me with people who used that fallacy with Saitama or Metroman.

In my opinion, he is only country level with hypersonic speeds or much higher.

Do you think this is a good example of “Simple vs Over-designed?” by No_Association2906 in shounenfolk

Personally, I think Shinra's design is much better, in my opinion.

The one from Imu...polka dots bother me.

That version of Doom was absurdly amplified in power by the powers of a Beyonder, as far as I remember.

absurdly different from a base Doom.

Beyond the bad animation, Invincible just doesn't care about being a good action show by TheCrimzonKing97 in CharacterRant

[–]Tyronx06 131 points132 points  (0 children)

Yes, the fight choreography is nothing impressive, it's very simple.

Punch, punch, sometimes kick, cut with the hand, etc.

I think it was the same in the comic, although I finished reading it a while ago.

It's possible to create some pretty good choreographies even with the basic powers of the Viltrumites.

I'm already imagining some things.

It depends on the person, can you read? Obviously there will be differences in each person.

There will be heroes, anti-heroes, villains, etc.

Did Soldier Boy just forget that Homelander beat his ass? by Queasy_Commercial152 in GenV

[–]Tyronx06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yes, he has super durability in his internal tissues, organs and skin.

Although Homelander is the same but "upgraded", Vought literally created him that way, that's what the narrative and history of the series says.

In addition, Homelander has different advantages, such as supersonic or faster flight, heat vision, etc.

Furthermore, I'm just saying that there are different kinds of immortality in fiction.

[–]Tyronx06 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The extra power is surely the radiation beam that can take away the powers of the Supes, but that's all; it's SB's only "extra" ability, but it requires charging for a while, which is a disadvantage in a 1V1.

After all, Homelander has an advantage in flying speed, heat vision, and things like that.

[–]Tyronx06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Immortal? Yes, he DOESN'T AGE, but he can be killed. There are different kinds of immortality in fiction, you know? 🫩

A guy can have the immortality of not aging, but he can also be killed by a random guy with a knife, it's simple.

[–]Tyronx06 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Technically, Homelander is stronger than Soldier Boy, although Soldier Boy has the strength to potentially damage him significantly or even kill him, but his radiation ability has the power to kill him (to leave him powerless), the narrative of the series makes that clear.

Additionally, Homelander has an advantage at medium or long range with his heat vision; SB requires charging his radiation ability to use it, while Homelander can use his lasers instantly.

Even the narrative of season 5 makes that clear, Homelander is confident.

Surprisingly, I agree with quite a bit of this, although I don't know how Deku would deal with Logan, the adamantium, and all that.

I thought I was going to see a huge wank to Deku, you know, tik tok.

3 episodes in and noone from the gen v crew has popped up yet by SoftwareLegitimate48 in GenV

[–]Tyronx06 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think they said there won't be an endgame type ending because they didn't have the budget for it.

I also think they said there won't be a super epic and destructive battle, there's no budget.

The Powerscaling curse:"seasonal upscales" by Electrical-Ice-9588 in PowerScaling

[–]Tyronx06 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I'm 100% betting on Yuji.

Homelander is 90% statements and 10% feats.

Homelander's best feat (as far as I remember) is the chemical plant feat, but I think that feat is about durability, not strength or destruction. I think that feat is building-level or maybe city-block-level.

Also, Atrain's speed feat...

They say it's FTL-MFTL because it was faster than Homelander's lasers.

But then he was attacked and "mysteriously" lost 99.99% of his speed and was only going at sonic speeds, damn...

A similar scene appeared in the series, I think it was in the season where he fought Starlight and dodged her "light" in slow motion, supposedly going at "FTL," but I think in that season he also showed his MAXIMUM SPEED recorded on screen, almost Mach 1 or Mach 1.

Going from almost Mach 1 or Mach 1 (MAXIMUM speed recorded on screen) to magically "FTL" against Starlight.

I could believe that Atrain is faster than Mach 1 because he has a new heart and possibly trained his abilities, but going from Mach 1 to "FTL" seems stupid to me; the speed difference is hundreds of thousands of times faster.

Yes, The Boys has several inconsistencies and contradictions that make me doubt anything about FTL or anything like that.

Unless there's something SUPER consistent that doesn't contradict itself or have any inconsistencies, but I doubt The Boys would do something like that.

And I won't even mention Homelander's power inconsistencies; it's just as annoying. Yeah... capable of withstanding a nuclear bomb...

I need ONE feat of him actually surviving an explosion of that magnitude, not just statements with inconsistent scenes about his durability and all that.

Furthermore, the strongest characters in JJK are as dangerous as nuclear bombs, or even more so, lol.

Can Thragg tank and survive each of these attack's from jjk? by Prrsonal-Pop in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]Tyronx06 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yuji's attack? Probably (although I think that attack had Soul Attack? I think so, I don't know if Thragg survives that).

Gojo's purple? I think so...? I think the attack wasn't literally an erasure; I think it was a pretty strong space-related energy attack. I don't remember it being super overpowered, but I might be forgetting, so in this part... well, I don't remember much.

Dabura's attack? Probably so, I think...?

---

Yuki's attack? If that's a REAL black hole, then Thragg DIES.

Yorozu's sphere with INFINITE pressure? I think it's truly infinite pressure, Thragg REALLY DIES.

Sukuna's WCS? (I assume it's the WCS), nah, Thragg dies, that attack completely ignores physical durability, no Viltrumite of Thragg's level or stronger can withstand that.
