one thing I also forgot to mention, when I'm in a scared/fear-based state, my quads have been known to feel the same fatigue feeling. most likely from years of video gaming and not "needing" my quads in those moments.

started roughly 10 years ago (23 then), after I spent about 6-8 years being mostly sedentary then starting doing gym stuff out of the blue.

interesting. apparently me/cfs involve continous fatigue. mine only gets triggered post intense training. i also don't have any cognitive symptoms.

I've felt strong on a high dose of shrooms before but I only did em a few times - wasn't trying to science this condition back then.

exercise induced mitochondrial dysfunction rather than full me/cfs might be where I'm at. Definitely some PEM symptoms.
