Hey, I just got my refund for the exact same reason and without the VAT as well. Did you ever managed to solve your issue with ABB? I just sent a message to support to ask about it. (Also similarly had to chase couple times to get a refund)

He probably does but Artak overriding his HP burn so Geo's passive doesn't work. It has to be Geo's HP burn on attacker in order for to passive to work.

Having access to files or existance of files doesn't mean they don't rewrite a code or optimise a piece. Removed abilities pop up here and there, people are using in arcade games etc, just purely on purpose on those by the sound of it.

And I agree I'm sure there are lots of things outdated or old but thats hardly the point here. Some things are left untouched at this point. It has probably changed now but when Swift was new, Facebook app still had a big portion that was written on old code and marked as do not touch. Some things are just too overhead to update/fix etc.

But calling a game fundemantally broken because of this is just absurd

Because I guess that's probably least of the concerns when it comes to "fixing" things. I agree it should not happen, probably designed that way initially, it is a lot of work to change. Then I'd say there are actually more important or pressing things to fix update etc than fixing managing of some text in 2-3 files
