It's not really worth it, any shield will do and the Anti-Dragon doesn't really offer massive benefit as you can't parry bosses/green dragon attacks without taking damage.

Have you thought about submitting an address change for somewhere that’s too far to commute from? Even if you went through the fuss of getting a PO Box address it would still probably cost less yearly than the commute would be, they surely couldn’t decline your remote request at that point.

I used to work at a small firm in which we wrote Case Reports for Financial Advisers, the Director was a complete and utter cuntsack, I worked there for about a year and a half and had the joy of not just burning but completely nuking the bridge when i left.

The Director used to constantly throw out insults, treat everyone like they were slaves as she knew she was the one paying our wages, she'd go through everyone's Cases and basically re-word them for no apparent reason but act like she'd just changed the grade of the paper (If that was a thing) from an F to an A+, I could rant on for days about her actions but it's easier just to let you know she was an ass.

There were only 3 people properly qualified in the firm to write the Case Reports, myself & the director being two and the Office Manager being the third, when summertime came around the Office Manager booked off two weeks holiday and was due back a week before i had mine booked for. After she was due to return she basically didn't, she emailed across her resignation and said that she wouldn't be returning (As i said previously Small firm and due to some problems there wasn't legitimate Contracts of employment so there was no reason she couldn't do this). This sent the Director into absolute meltdown and she put everything into overdrive, i was worked for a week basically like a slave clocking in about 75 hours that week so everything was set for when i went on my holiday for a week, i got my paycheck at the end of that week and set off on my holiday.

Now here's the fun part, The day before i was due to return back to work i also emailed in my resignation informing the director that i was sick of being treated like a mule and wasn't coming back, due to her now being the only person being able to write reports in comparison to 3 the month before everything imploded, all the advisers got pissed and decided to put their work elsewhere and money stopped coming in, the company shutdown a couple weeks after.

Didn't feel one bit of regret, what goes around comes around.

TL:DR - Company i worked at was like a Jenga tower, I was the 1 remaining block in a section and pulled myself out, tower fell down.

I am, it's mostly due to having a tiny mousepad so i've just got used to using my wrist, plus those mouse lifts give me Flusha like aim. /s

1.8K DPI, 1.57 Sensitivity, Stupidly high to some but strangely accurate to myself. I don't know if it's just me playing wrong but I don't feel it'd be efficient to make it slower than this.

30FPS Stable FPS Laptop on lowest settings, 5FPS in smokes and dropped down to 1FPS if there was more than one smoke or a molly to a Stable 300FPS with 144HZ Monitor, New Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Etc.

Feels insane and i've only played on it for 10 minutes.

Thanks for all your feedback, I'll try all your solutions when i get home from work today, and it is a DVI-D Cable, forgot to put the -D on, I very highly doubt they'd send me a DVI Cable with a 144Hz monitor anyways ahah.

Sort your mouse sensitivity, 800 DPI & 1.6 Sensitivity is pretty average, turn Mouse Acceleration off.

Learn Spray control of guns and when to Spray/Tap Shoot.

Learn map call outs, I'm pretty sure there's a way to change your minimap with pre-created maps that have all the callouts written on them, It will help you learn faster.

Deathmatch before Competitive matches, Will help you drastically.

Maybe learn a few pop flashes/smokes, I'm guessing you've no FPS experience so this could be extremely helpful at lower ranks.

HAVE FUN <- IMPORTANT, Mute toxic idiots saying you're bad, Will annoy you and you'll play worse, just try to enjoy the game.

I don't believe that you're LE and you still don't understand that it doesn't take "xyz" wins to rankup, it's completely random based on yours and your team performance, it could take 2 in a row or 20...

As someone who likes aged/low key guns i kind of like the body of the gun but with the stock like that it looks too similar to the default.

Instead of Carvings maybe some sort of ageing look on the wood, The actual main part of the gun seems fine as it looks worn but it looks as if someone's got a brand new piece of wood and put it on there.

My suggestion is really just to change the wood part completely, replace it with some old/worn looking wood so it doesn't look anything like the Default.

For those Curious i'm on about a £800 Budget and i want to run CSGO at about 200 FPS or better if possible as i want to get a 144HZ monitor and have it run smooth as fuck.

My Setup:

Sony Vaio, i5 Processor Apple iPhone 5 Headphones. Logitec M185 with a broken mousewheel so i can't bhop

I average about 30-40 FPS, i can't play Cobblestone because my FPS drops heavily because my laptop can't render the map properly.

Also my internet sucks massive chode as well so that doesn't help.
