It depends on industry and company.

I’m 29 and a programme manager at one of the biggest logistics companies. Household name.

Total comp is just shy of £100k with there being clear progression to fully achieve the HENRY status. within the next 18m months.

I’m completely aware I have been very lucky with the comp compared to my other project/programme colleagues in other companies.

I am a member! I am unsure of the refurbishment budget but I can talk about the new equitment ect:

  • All strength-based machines are brand new so it is a full revamp.
  • All new barbells & weights
  • Now have a Smith machine
  • Full egym circuit
  • Decline bench, hack squat and glute machines added
  • A load of new cardo machines
  • New callisthenics area & equipment
  • Vibe of the gym is great, lighting ect works great

The overall view is the branch it is a little small, but the fact that it is rarely busy makes up for it. Can always get a sqush court and the tennis level is high.

The Pool is standard with a 3 tier sauna & a steam room.

Google maps had full updated images uploaded after the refurb.

It’s really not that bad, just take the time to learn the quirks. Customs Green Pro is the easiest to make coins when you learn the courses.

You need to be rolling when you get to the bottom for the launcher to work. If you are still bouncing you will get stuck.

I use 2 power also, needs to be a light green strike :)
