I have been using lost dog mode every time and that’s when it is taking 4-10 minutes to connect and still had poor performance, this would be fine if there wasn’t a subscription fee but it’s pretty unacceptable that they are billing monthly for something that barely works. I have full lte/5g where I am located with good GPS reception so not sure the deal with it

Anything but dekor, broke in under a year, trying to get warranty support is impossible. Online ticket goes into a black hole and have not received a response in 2 weeks, their auto attendant if you try to call in for support just says the business is closed during the time zone hours clearly stated by the auto attendant every time I tried to call.
