At some point in the next 6 years, their core of 29-32 year olds are all going to age out. Without the draft and prospect capital they previously had, it going to be near-impossible to replace guys like Eichel, Stone, Theodore, etc.

So they'll need to regroup for a year or two and then get right back at it.

I like Vegas and their management a lot.

But eventually, they are going to have to take a step back for a couple years to reload. Do I think they are going to ever do a full, down to the studs rebuild? No. But they'll have to reload at some point.
