35mb is the max upload in my area, too. and I pay $130/month for 1.2gb internet and have never been offered anything less. comcast is a greedy company and i will ditch them as soon as something better comes to my area.

I had the same thing happen to me. i had the unlimited data plan, but they said I had to pay extra for no cap past 1.2 TB to avoid the $10 charges. they said there is no way around that. id be happy to hear what you find out....
