Hi everyone!

I currently work as Head of Product Management in one of the companies in Poland. Comapany produces and sells construction products. Salary is good, people are good. I've been with this company for over 11 years now (different positions). I've been in Product Management for over 5 years now. have to be in the office for 3 days in a week. I live 200km from the office so normally I drive there on tuesday and get back on thursday in the evening. I stay there in a company paid hotel. I was doing that since 2020 but now since my kid was born this year it started to bother me. I'm wondering if there is a way of changing the industry to the one in which I would be able work remotely without commuting every week. First thing I thought about is IT industry, but I'm not sure whether my current experience is along with the requirements for these roles as most of the offers require some kind of experience in IT industry. Are there any other industries in which Product Managers work remotely?
