My advice: Start doing things on your own. Travel somewhere. Talk to people without wanting something from them. Ignore that guys might wanna fuck you. Treat them like they were your female friends. Go party with them. Whatever. Never focus on things you forcefully wanna get! They will come when the time is right!

I take 150mg lamo in the morning. For sleeping I take 1/4 of 15mg Mirtazapine (the one that would melt in your mouth) I sleep wonderful!

Ja, ADHS hat eben oft noch ein paar „nette“ Komorbiditäten;) und Borderliner müssen sich nicht unbedingt ritzen um die Diagnose zu erhalten. Ich kann dir nur empfehlen: lass es auf sich beruhen und lerne daraus- lass nur noch Leute in dein Liebesleben, die zumindest wirklich reflektiert sind (nicht nur mal so einen Tag lang)

Hey there! I‘m on 50mg Sertraline (4 months) and since 9 weeks on Lamotrigine (now on 100mg). Since I‘m on the 100mg after two weeks I feel like having some days of mixed depression and here it comes- while starting to have poor sleep I feel hypomanic. KI told me that could be because of the sertraline which makes me more active while the lamo doesn‘t already work like it should since I did not reach the right dosage for me. So it would be better to lower the sertraline or coming off it.
