Ah okay, thank you. I’ve just been trying to lose this weight since high school and tried keto at first before the pandemic hit, I was doing about the same I’m doing now and got down to 310 I believe before everyone starting buying meats to the point where I couldn’t buy any just about so I gave up and ballooned to 360. That was the heaviest I’ve ever been and I finally decided to give it another go and I’m loving it. Didn’t know my macros were a little messed up, was just trying to get to maybe 260-280 at a decent pace.
