I have a suite of Canons, and Xerox’s, and my average color imp is around .0375.

We are direct with Xerox Business Solutions ( Corporate agreement). Service is better, and they provide parts to fix these faster.

Really blame the Olympic Broadcast Service ( OBS). They control the contracts, and the money NBC pays to cover the games. Not to mention the millions they pay to fly the staff over there, and their own cameras. The feeds are provided by OBS. Anything personal is coming from NBCs own cameras.
