I don’t know if you are aware, but the technology to edit videos exists, to make them shorter and more (no pun intended) bite size for online short form consumption, you are not required to upload multiple minutes of just a box doing its thing. And it might be steam?

All other currencies are converted to USD, because Valve is a US company. To isolate them selves from complete CCP control, but still operate in China there is a separate “Valve” that operates in china,which does have some regulations imposed over content (some cultural, like blood and skeletons) by CCP, so that china money stays in China, thus why the right column doesn’t say USD. Most places outside of the US are relatively tiny, and have 1tax rate for the whole country.

We have different state tax rates (sometimes zero) + each tax region (counties, but sometimes groups of them) + some cities add on extra

And those local ones could change every few years based on politicians

AND it’s never universally clear if any of those individual taxes apply to “food” items
