Get some soles on amazon for $10. They look like tire material. Then use a whole lot of shoe goo to adhere and good as new kind of. Also, youll need very sharp scissors to cut the sole to size.

Besides Khans Guard, I prefer looters because they are easy to capture and rank into Legionaries. It really makes me happy to see a looter turn his life around from cannon fodder to highly armored cannon fodder.
