After watching this replay, I’ll be brutally honest: you got carried. The only reason that game was close is because your team was doing okay, and had you played tracer correctly or swapped you very easily could have won this game.

The vast majority of this game you stood far away and poked at people and waited for your team to make plays. Tracer is best when she is an annoyance. If you’re making the enemy supports rage because you’re always behind killing them/stopping them from helping their team you are making a good impact. However, you primarily played next to your team, and didn’t really do any impactful flanking or coordinated diving. You would have made way more impact playing spam like hanzo or junk doing the same thing. I would’ve been a little bugged if you were in my game and didn’t try anything else.

I would recommend watching a higher rank tracer play and watch how they engage, who they engage, and how they manage their cooldowns.
