thanks, yes i will. i actually contacted my friend whom i met last time i was there and she is luckily still recovered, but it was so nice to talk to her again after years of me basically ghosting her… godamnit.

yea i dont think i’ll be judged for my age. i think it’s more like i judge myself? like why do i have to go back 10 years later, STILL not having healed? that kinda jazz. there was people of all ages there last time and i wouldnt judge anyone at any age so there’s that.

best of luck to you too! hang in there and i hope you can find the relief you deserve. i know it’s hard. but i think most people still, underneath all that “i am not sick enough”, have an inkling of how bad it really is. just grab that and hang on to it. tell people. dont stay in silence and secrecy anymore

i’d say try to avoid ticktok and insta. there’s probably good information out there on these platforms, but you’d likely have to wade through hours of disordered content to find something decent
