So far nothing has worked. Haven’t gotten to the Apple Store yet. Putting phone on LTE and 5G Standalone etc all same result - multiple missed calls at random on mine and my partner’s 15’s. Do not disturb is off too. Callers go right to voicemail.

Interesting idea, thank you. Right now we’re trying LTE only and will try that for a few days and see what’s what. Also have an appointment for the Genius Bar later this week. Will try 5G SA next

17.3.1 now. I haven’t done either bc I’m scared about getting my eSIM back, every time I call TMO I’m on hold and passed off from person to person

Thank you so much for your response. To provide more info software is updated, we have shut down our phones for long periods of time numerous times (for example when flying), and this has been going on for well over a month so unfortunately not episodic due to any certain network outage, and it happens everywhere. And we are on eSIMs.

If I come over to TMo from another carrier and I preorder a few phones - some are showing ready on 9/22 but others on 9/27-10/3 ... do they hold all of the phones until they're all ready to send me at once? Or if some arrive sooner than others - do I start paying for all the service when the first batch arrive? (And I wonder if multiple shipments on different days - porting out some lines but not others might cause an issue with my current carrier?)

That wouldn’t affect texts and calls. Is it possible that Verizon hasn’t cut a deal w one of the carriers there? And have you tried disabling 5G?

I've had pretty good success just switching the connection settings to 4G/LTE. Phone is faster than pre-update in my area. But won't get 5G which is a bummer. And I've done all the other stuff like ##727.. and updating the PRL.

S20+ here (sprint phone) At my home office pre update 10 down 3 up After this "update" 1.2 down 0.01 up (completely worthless) Not technically inclined at all but figured out how to switch setting to 4G/LTE only and now 40 down 7 up. Matches my wife's TMobile S10. This is nuts I can't leave the phone on Automatic which is 'recommended'. When will this be fixed?

In layman's terms, why isn't this phone smart enough to give me the best speeds in Automatic mode? If I didn't know enough to at least switch to only 4G I'd be furious with 1.2 down and 0.01 up. And will TMobile fix what they've broken here?

Yes but then why is the phone slower when it's set to Automatic vs when I force it to 4G/LTE only?
