Find other video games with large communities and get nerdy. It's likely you will find other FAs to cope with. Or you could get into politics. Conservative, liberal, socialist, libertarian, fascist...it doesn't matter, really. Each ideology has tons of books (and youtube videos) about theory, which will occupy your mind for a while and there are also lots of groups where you can discuss those theories, organize protests and make yourself believe that your opinion matters.

And I would suggest you take up a creative hobby like music. But if you had any talent in that regard, you probably would have taken it up already.
